- The system is used to test the breathing resistance, breathing resistance (breathing resistance) of N95 masks, masks with dust filters, personal protective equipment for respiratory organs according to standards DIN EN149, DIN EN13274 -3, CWA 17553 and NIOSH42 CFR84
Outstanding benefits
- Similar to the working principle of a respiratory resistance tester, it measures the pressure difference between the two filter faces. However, this method describes the human breathing process, so the respiratory resistance will be measured for the two processes of exhalation and inhalation with the inspiratory flow rate equivalent to the human respiratory process. The pressure difference is measured between the point in the device and the ambient pressure. People do the pressure difference when there is a filter and without an air filter, then take the difference of 2 pressure differences to get the breathing resistance of the air filter.
- For inhalation and exhalation measurements, a suction machine and a blower are required according to the diagram above in the figure.
- Static test method: Air passes through the device at a fixed flow rate usually 30 l/min for inhalation and 95 l/min for exhalation.
- Dynamic test method: Connecting a ventilator that adjusts to a specific expiratory volume
