Creep Testing machine TSC-B

This machine is designed as a low-cost solution for long-term stress cracking and creep testing applications of metal and alloy materials at high temperatures in accordance with ASTM, BS, EN, ISO and other similar international testing standards.
Featured:
1.         This series creep tester adopts advanced servo motor and ball screw actuator, which ensures convenient and simple loading. The drive system consists of a printed circuit motor with a toothed belt and a gearbox to a circulating ball screw actuator.
2.         The motorized pull-out assembly automatically compensates for the elongation of the specimen and holds the load bar with excellent load accuracy guaranteed +/- 0.5%.
3.         Both room temperature and high temperature system available
4.         The furnace and chamber are available with temperature range from 200 ℃  to 1100℃ in general atmosphere
5.         Many high temperature drawbars, specimen holders, furnace systems and extensometers are available for creep and stress relaxation applications. Many of them are also adaptable to hot tensile testing applications on universal testers.
6.         The control system possesses three closed control functions namely load control, stretch control and velocity control. High precision control and precise load with load measurement resolution of 1/350000; Load test curve can be plotted automatically.
7.         In addition, manual operation is also provided, users can unload to protect the equipment manually, especially the force sensor, when there is a sudden power cut.
8.         The software possesses powerful functions that provide specimen registration, instrument control, test data collection and storage, test results query, data processing, and test report export.
9.         Remote communication control function saves operator vigilance during testing; Alarm messages can be transmitted to your mobile phone to notify you of the inspection status by equipping a special dialer.
