How to use Shimadzu moisture drying scale
- Step 1: Take about 1g of pure coffee sample into the drying pan, note that the coffee should be evenly distributed on the pan.
- Step 2: Set the drying time and temperature, the appropriate temperature is about 140 degrees Celsius, the time is 10 minutes.
- Step 3: Repeat the above 2 steps 3 times and the sample weight increases a little, then take the average value of the moisture ratio after drying and compare with the test sample.
