The research and development of dyeing formula is quite important, it will help the Labdip process to be faster. When the Labdip sample sent to the customer is rejected, the laboratory must adjust the dyeing formula. This takes time, leading to delayed delivery, violating the contract. So Colortec2 helps to find the dye formula faster and more accurately
4. Application and outstanding features
Used to research and develop dye formulations. The maximum working temperature can be up to 135ºC. Can be dyed for yarn, fabric, loose fiber. The dye solution (liquor) can be extracted at any time through the cylinder.
The dye solution (liquor) can be directly analyzed by other devices such as spectrophotometers to support large-scale research and production.
The controller stores 5000 historical data including input and output of PLC as well as time, temperature, pressure, flow rate.
Formulas can be copied, edited, and linked easily. Fully programmable dye line, high temperature pH monitoring.
5. Process
Fabric, yarn, dyed material are fed into the machine through the holding shaft. The dye is fed into the machine even at high temperature and high pressure.
The dye is injected by a pump using stainless steel, and the pump is also capable of drawing dye back in. The gear pump speed is electronically controlled.
The dye solution (liquor) can be directly analyzed by other devices such as spectrophotometers to support large-scale research and production.
