2. Purpose
The Lapdip stain is a small laboratory stain.
Fabrics, when given dyeing in large quantities, have many influencing factors that can fail to dye colors unlike the Lapdip dyed samples.
Therefore, to make sure that the fabric when dyed is similar to the Lapdip dye sample, a simulation dyeing machine was born. Jig pattern dyeing machine simulates the function of real Jigger dyeing machine, can dye like real machine

4. Application and outstanding features
The machine can dye all kinds of fabrics, which is the final evaluation step before mass dyeing.
Only applicable to the actual Jigger dyeing machine, with other dyeing machines, it is not applicable.
The machine can fully automatic temperature control, dyeing at low density.
5. Process
The fabric is fed into the dyeing machine through the steel shaft, the output is also wound on the steel shaft. The dyeing process takes place when the fabric passes through the dye bath and is dried by a closed drying system.
The system is also easy to reverse the winding of the shaft to apply to short fabrics.
