Used for dyeing experiments for yarns and fabrics. Pyrotec³ is a modern laboratory dyeing machine suitable for all dyeing machines, easy to use, easy to use, can be dyed at high temperature, low in density, requires little time to dye.
The machine adopts high efficiency quartz heating system and forced air cooling system controlled completely by microprocessor controller. Pyrotec³ is available in a wide range of dye tube sizes and up to 24 tubes in a single dye cycle.
Type A offers 24 tubes of 100 ml each.
Type A1 offers 16 staining tubes with a capacity of 180ml each.
Type F is a dye tube with a tube capacity of 8000ml. In practice, each required color can be projected to one or several dye formulations by varying the concentration of each dye in the formulation.
Therefore, with class A many tubes, we can test more formulas. However, with large-capacity tubes, we can test with larger dye samples. Pyrotec³ is fully compatible with the AD-Chem dosing system.
This simple yet effective device allows controlled delivery of liquid into the dye tube. Pyrotec³ offers a temperature range of 40°C (ambient) to 135°C for maximum substrate matching and dye cycling.
The programming options are very simple and easy to enter, are pictures so no need to install many languages, the machine has full control of time, temperature, rotation speed
5. Process
The test sample to be dyed is put into the dye tube, then the dye tubes are inserted into the machine according to each position of the dye tube. The dye will be injected into the dye tube according to the pre-set formula and dosage.
A highly efficient air-cooling system, eliminating the need for a water supply connection, combines with a fully independent efficient drying system.
