2. Purpose
Similar to the Jig dyeing machine, to make sure that the fabric is dyed the same as the Lapdip pattern, the Winch simulation dyeing machine was born. Winch pattern dyeing machine simulates the function of actual Winch dyeing machine, which can dye like real machine.

Is a prototype dyeing machine that simulates the actual Winch dyeing machine
4. Application
The machine can dye all kinds of fabrics, which is the final evaluation step before mass dyeing.
Only applicable to actual Winch dyeing machines with other dyeing machines not applicable.
The machine has a simple and easy operation method, less stretch in length than Jigger dyeing machine
All surfaces in contact with the dye solution are made of 316 stainless steel.
Fully enclosed with observation window and sample door.
Winch speed controlled by AC . inverter
Fully automatic temperature control.
Steam is heated as standard.
5. Process
The fabric is wound on the steel shaft layer by layer, then through the guide shafts and tensioning shafts, the fabric passes through the prepared dye bath, the system accurately simulates the dyeing process on the Winch machine.
The drying system is integrated in the machine to make it easy for users to use
