Purpose – Assess the resistance of materials and assemblies used in protective clothing, namely in protective gloves to cutting.

Thông số kỹ thuật

The device essentially consists of a sampling holder with vertical movement, a blade fixed to a guide system with controlled, linear movement.
Through mass, a force is applied between the sample and the blade.
Machine commands are made via the touch screen control panel.
An automatic system detects when the blade penetrates the sample and immediately stops the machine from recording the stroke taken. The test results table can record up to 30 test runs.
All parts of the device, in contact with the sample, are made of aluminum, stainless steel and engineering plastics to avoid oxidation. The volumes are also made of stainless steel to avoid oxidation and loss of their value.
